Club membership card The Axel and Carmen Fan Club was formed in February 1965 by Julie Moden and Carol Schaubach, two high school girls, with the cooperation of WCCO-TV. Membership cost just a quarter, which got you the card shown above, plus an Axel Safety Sticker and a subscription to the club newsletter: the Tree House Tribune. |
